Payments

£140 for students training (includes t-shirt & cake)

£80 for non trainers

£55 for day trainers (£10 for t-shirt)

Timings

Arrival time on Friday is after 4pm to get into the vans

8.00am Saturday morning at the beach

8.00am Sunday morning on the beach 

DAY SESSIONS

If you are coming for the day you need to be at the beach for 8.00am on Saturday morning and at the Beach for 8.00am on the Sunday morning.

Please bring doboks, sparring kit and training clothing if you are coming for the day as all the sessions are different and will require different clothing for each.
